Shipping Policy
Home & Flooring Centre’ reputation is based on a combination of our product knowledge and the standard of our service, so we strive at all times to ensure that this is of the very best. We always keep large stocks of the majority of products featured on this site, ensuring immediate dispatch if required.
Alternatively, stock may be reserved for up to three months (or even longer by prior arrangement).

DELIVERY

Freight charges apply - ask us for a quote.
Standard Delivery is available to a safe and easily accessible site between the hours of 8am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) for a hand unload or pallet trolley unload at the kerbside.
Weekend deliveries POA.

It is the receiver's responsibility to ensure someone is on site to accept delivery and to move product into the building. Home & Flooring Centre accepts no responsibility for product left outside.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind . But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem . This is when the item : has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it is unsafe is significantly different from the sample or description doesn't do what we said it would , or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed . Alternatively , you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value . If the problem is not major , we will repair the item within a reasonable time . If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement . Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt .
Return & Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully. We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection .
Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty , wrongly described , different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to
